Cutenews help

Inserting News In A Page

Click on to Options

Click on Intergration wizard, then Integrate news into your site

Follow the wizard through, making sure that you have entered a number to be shown, and that it shows all news

Copy the code given, into your news page, normally 'news.php'

Changing your templates

Click on options and then edit templates

If you have a stylesheet, add this code at the top

You can change the width of your cutenews by changing, 'width' in the first div style line

To make your title have a coloured box, add <h1> and </h1> or <h2> and </h2>--depending on your stylesheet

To add a category icon, make sure that you have uploaded some on the category page by using the full urls, add <div style=" float: left;"><br>{category-icon}</div> after your title

Making a new template

You can do this if you need a differnt size cutenews, for another part of your site

In options and edit templates

You could copy you original template

Paste it in the new template, make your size etc. changes.

Go on to integrate news, add the number of posts, and change the template

Add the code you are given into your news.php
